Our fix-it team can sort some problems simply by chatting it through over the phone – faster than you can say ‘pop the kettle on’.

If it’s something that needs a little more attention, one of our friendly fix-it team will be glad to stop by and take a look. Whether it’s evenings or weekends, tell us when you’ll be at home and we can book your appointment for then. If something comes up (and it quite often does), no problem, just get in touch – we’ll rearrange.
Often we’ll fix your appliance there and then, but sometimes we may have to take it away for a little rest & relaxation so we can fix the problem and return it in working order.

Sadly, there are times when saying farewell is the only option. If this is the case we’ll replace it with a shiny new one, or if you’re feeling fancy, you can upgrade for a little extra.

Need an appliance repairing thats not covered by your zest plan? Not to worry. We’ll repair it with a 10% discount and can choose to add it to your zest plan.

Moving home is easy. We can be on hand to help with the heavy lifting and make sure your appliances are installed and settled into their new pad.
