what do our customers think of our service?
We have our washing machine, dishwasher and cooker all insured and I have had all 3 repaired at some point over the last year by Patrick the zest engineer. Once I call the appointments are always quite quick and Patrick is always very helpful. Patrick will try to work with us when booking an appointment and during covid, as I’m shielding has made sure that I’m not in on my own and that I’m not anywhere near where he will be working. He always wears a mask and is really polite helpful and informative. we are 100% satisfied and always pleased with Patrick’s work and professionalism.
We won’t bombard you with confusing policies and forms, we don’t offer cheaper deals only to new customers. If you need to claim there’s no forms to fill out, just give us a call we’re always at the end of a phone to answer your questions. We don’t do loopholes just friendly service when you need it to get things back up and running.
