We pride ourselves on the treatment of our people, and cultivating the zest place to work is supremely important to us. We do this by showing our people the same dedication we give to our customers, positive reinforcement, career advice: we're always there to support our people. You can read about what else we do for our staff, jobs vacancies, and more below...
the zest place to work
Our people are so important to us – they’re the cornerstone of our business and we wouldn’t be where we are without them. We’ve spent the last 2 years creating a culture of values and behaviours to help the way our staff treat each other, treat their work, and treat themselves.
Leading by example, we give them the same dedication and treatment we want them to give to our customers, leaving them feeling valued as people.
We do this because this environment allows us to create initiatives that improve our people as individuals and not just as workers. Training programs, courses, and rewards for groups and individuals – is just the tip of the iceberg!
Reach for the Sky – Reaching for the sky is doing your absolut best in all you do. Going the extra mile, over delivering. If you’re doing more than what your job description says you do, you’re reaching for the sky. The best thing about this value is that when done well, it pulls others up with you!
Win Together – Winning together is learning how to incorporate as much of the team as possible to win and get the job done. This means asking for help and being humble, it means being motivational at times and pulling your friends up, think as a team and win together.
Own It – Owning it is being proud of your accomplishments and really taking control of your projects. Own the work you’re doing, whether you succeed or fail, owning it is the ultimate way of taking responsibility, which ultimately lets you grow into a better person after.
Do the Right Thing – Doing the right thing means having consideration for others, it means not taking too much credit, keeping the kitchen clean after you’ve used it. Doing the right thing is something we al have the capacity for and is extremely important for keeping us a close-knit team. Do the right thing.
